Oh I don't trust Trump but then ironically Republicans are often less war like than Democrats. In essence they are 2 cheeks of the same backside

Very judicious and realistic conclusion!

1/ We must not give any credence to the promises and commitments of the Zionist entity.

2/The signing of a ceasefire does not imply any opening to the real management of the Palestinian drama, namely :

a/ The exposure of the hideous nature of the Israeli colonial project.

b/ The will of the parties, in particular the US sponsors and Israel, to propose a definitive solution to the territorial conflict and the dispossession of millions of Palestinians from their ancestral lands by the creation of a sovereign state

.3/ It is implicitly recognized that the Zionist entity (and it will not deprive itself of doing so) will be able to resume hostilities whenever it pleases, in fact as soon as the hostages are released (or executed by themselves).

4/ Nowhere is there any mention of the total and definitive evacuation of the territory of Gaza by the Zionist hordes. [while we know that there are plans for permanent occupation and re-establishment of the colonies, with, in the long term, the exploitation of offshore deposits off the coast of Gaza and the Ben Gurion Canal project]

IN BRIEF: This is, as usual, a vast smokescreen, a smokescreen intended to mark the transition and to seduce international opinion while waiting for the Trump II era to take off.

Israel has not achieved any of the goals it had set for itself! The continuation of the generals' plan is only postponed. The carnage could resume in earnest after this cosmetic interlude. Let us have no doubt about it...
